Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

The staff was genuinely helpful and happy. The hotel is immaculate and very comfortable. The hotel is near a Metro Station and within a reasonable walk to various points of interest. I found the location very convenient (it really helped me save time).
I stayed in a room opposite the lifts and next to the service room. I could hear noise from the upper floors, especially early morning during breakfast preparation. Light sleepers may find this disruptive (earplugs are helpful).

the staff were very helpful to me. i received a breakfast-box when leaving early in the morning, i found that very nice. the breakfast was also good, with a good choice.
i found air conditioning broke soon after arriving. it was not fixed until 30 minutes before checking out.

The hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast occurs on the rooftop. I found the terrace offered nice views. The hotel has a central location. It is easy to walk to many tourist attractions.
I found the price of the room not justified. The bathroom was tiny. It felt obsolete. I did not enjoy the old hotel. It did not look well-managed. The carpets were dusty. I think the whole building needs some updates.

a romantic hotel stay

central location vibrant energy rooftop views kind staff
the location is central to everything i wanted to see the streets nearby had such vibrant energy the main shopping street via toledo is very close i walked everywhere without needing transport the breakfast was a highlight with many options and the views from the rooftop were special. i found the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. the restaurant provided a lovely dinner option i enjoyed the food especially after long days out. i appreciated the kind staff.
the lift area near my room made some noise it was barely noticeable but still slightly disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

uneven experience at this hotel

rude staff dusty carpets
the staff, especially one named salvatore, was rude at check out. he got angry about the parking fee and shouted at us. the hotel felt old, the carpets was dusty.
