I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very cosy, quiet, and comfortable, with a great shower and a nice city view. The hotel itself was big, clean, and beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony. The service was top-notch, with helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff who went out of their way to assist me, including providing directions and even helping me find a pharmacy on New Year's Day. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the main attractions and right off the main pedestrian shopping street. Although the dining experience wasn't the highlight for me, I still found the hotel impressive with fantastic choices. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel!
